Thomas is a fashion photographer & director based in Montreal, Canada. He has been collaborating with sustainable fashion and jewelry businesses for the past few years. His work includes collaborations and commissions with brands such as I Love Tyler Madison, A’O Vêtements, Andrea G. Hand+Made, and Vanguard Magazine to name a few.
Personal Story
My life started in the south west of France. None of my parents were artists but I’ve always had a passion for creation. I started doing photography and filmmaking, then I learned how to make music. I ended up studying software development and graduated as an Engineer because it was my most financially sustainable passion.
In 2019, I moved to Montreal and started working for a big software company. Then COVID hit. I was working from home all day and wasn’t enjoying software development as much as I once was. Meanwhile, I discovered film photography and fell in love with the creative process. Film had become an escape, a different medium to create and explore with. I wanted to build a life around it.
In 2022, I enrolled in a commercial photography program. I discovered fashion photography and that’s where this whole career started. I graduated in December 2023 and have been working as a fashion photographer and director since then, exploring storytelling through the visual development of planet friendly businesses.
